While theft is rare, we understand your concern. If a lamp is stolen, we offer a replacement at 50% of the product cost.
How can I prevent customers from changing the light setting?
We configure the light settings according to your preference. The physical button on the bottom of the lamp is used only to turn it on and off, preventing unintentional changes.
