How long does a full charge take?

Most lamps reach a full charge in 8–12 hours. Once charged, they typically last 60–80 hours, depending on brightness settings and usage.

Can I mix wireless and USB charging?

Yes. Every Luxeillum lamp includes a USB-C port, even our wireless models. This gives you flexibility – use wireless pads or trays for daily charging, and USB-C as a quick backup if needed.

Do I need one charger per lamp?

No. Our charging trays are designed to power multiple lamps at once. For example, the 6-in-1 station charges six lamps simultaneously, while the dual pad handles two.

Do I need to remove lamps from the table to charge?

Yes. Lamps are charged off-table at your service station or prep area. Wireless trays keep the process organized – simply place each lamp on its charging spot after service.

Can I use my own wireless chargers?

We don’t recommend it. Luxeillum charging trays are designed specifically for our lamp bases to ensure proper alignment, consistent charging speed, and electrical safety.

Are chargers compatible across all models?

Yes – except for Aurelia, which supports USB-C charging only. All other models are compatible with Luxeillum’s wireless charging trays.

What plug type will I receive?

Each charging station comes with the appropriate plug for your region (AU, UK, EU, or US). All stations connect directly to mains power.

Is it safe to leave lamps charging overnight?

Yes. Our chargers include overcharge protection and temperature control. Lamps can safely remain on the charging pad until your next service.
